Us. Yes, that's right. About us. We're the adults of Anam Cara Family - a multiple group. Some would call us "alters" or "fragments". That's fine, we don't offend easily over terminology. We don't have a core though, so bear that in mind ...... we do prefer to simply be "people". We're trauma-based but not traumatised. Most of us can tell you when/where/why we came into being but really, that's boring, isn't it? We're just a bunch of people, same as any other, with likes and dislikes and hopes and fears and dreams. All of that other stuff is important, of course, and no doubt we'll talk about it in the journal, but all you need to know right now is this: we're an easy-going bunch so long as you treat us with respect, we're happy to make new friends, but we're not an oddity, a figment of someone's imagination, or here to satisfy your curiosity.

So, if you're open-minded and want to be on our f-list, go ahead and comment on the all-important "friends only" thread.

Oh, and just so you know - you will sometimes find swearing, adult concepts and esoteric things here, And we will most likely post more than once a day.

Something you need to know: we as a system inhabit this body. We also share our headspace sometimes with White Moon House, a gateway system who connect with the same physical space, and who some of you may already know. We all get on happily together, though. Just wanted to clear that up.
